Scam Alert

We recently became aware of a text scam targeting some of our members. In the scam, fraudsters send a text message claiming to be from Fortera asking you to confirm a purchase. The text asks you to click on a link to review the charge. A sample of the text message is below. Please do not click on the link if you receive this text.

Anytime you are in doubt about the authenticity of a message or call you receive, please call or text us at 931.431.6800, reach out to us via web chat or video chat or come see us in-person at one of our branches. We will be happy to help confirm if the communication is legitimate or not.
