Account Activity Scam

We recently became aware of an account activity scam targeting some of our members. Scammers are text messaging members pretending to be from Fortera and saying they need to verify a pending charge. Before they can verify the charge, they ask you to call and they will attempt to get additional information from you like your card number, online banking login, or social security number. As a reminder, never give your online or mobile banking user ID and password combo, full account or card number, PIN number, 3 digit CVV Security Code, or full Social Security Number unless you called us directly at 931-431-6800.
