As Fortera takes responsible action to close branch lobbies, we are reinventing the ways we serve you to continue providing the best experience possible. During this time, all full-service banking transactions may be conducted at our drive-through lanes ... and you can reach our Contact Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


With so much uncertainty these days, we all have many questions.  For questions about your money, we have answers.  



What transactions can I make at the drive-through?
All banking transactions can be conducted through our drive-through lanes.  To help shorten wait times, we are increasing team member support in drive-through lanes and in our Contact Center.  We will do our very best to ensure timely service and avoid any disruption to you.

Can I still open new accounts?
Absolutely! New accounts can be opened in the drive-through or by calling our Contact Center at 931.431.6800.   

Will I able to get loans from Fortera?
Yes! All Consumer, Real Estate and Commercial Lending capabilities will remain fully functional. We will send and receive documents via email, or if you prefer, we are happy to use traditional mail channels. We have mobile notary service available for Home Equity Loan processing, and our title company partners will continue to close Real Estate loans at their location.  Give us at call anytime at 931.431.2258.

How can I access my safe deposit box?
Please call or text our Contact Center at 931.431.6800 to schedule an appointment to access your safe deposit box during normal branch hours.

How do I reach my Wealth Management Financial Advisor?
Wealth Management Financial Advisors are readily accessible by email and available to schedule a phone call, virtual conference or FaceTime meeting.  Please call 931.431.2274 to schedule a time convenient for you.

Are there other ways I can access my accounts at any time?
As you exercise social distancing, we encourage the use of Fortera's remote banking options.  Apply for a loan, make deposits, review account activity and handle routine transactions such as loan and bill payments, account transfers, withdrawals and more, all from the safety and convenience of your computer or mobile device.  Learn more at
