  • To report a lost or stolen debit card during non-business hours, resolve a problem with using your debit card, or dispute a charge on your debit card, please call 866.557.5315.
  • To report fraud on your debit card from outside the United States, please call 727.299.2449.

How do I reorder checks?

The easiest and fastest way to reorder a check is online. Use the button above or login to your online banking to place your check order. You may also reorder most checks by calling our Contact Center or by visiting any branch location. Checks that cannot be ordered online include, but are not limited to, free checks for seniors, employee checks, and checks for special programs.

How do I log in to Online Banking?

Simply click the button in the upper right-hand corner of your screen that says "Log In" or click the button above.

How do I change my address or contact information?

Simply log in to your Online Banking account and click My Settings at the top. Here, you can update your contact information.

How do I become a Fortera Member?

Woohoo! We love this question. To become a Fortera Member, simply open a Share Savings Account. Click the button below to begin the online application.

How do I sign up for e-statements?

Simply log in to your Online Banking account and click the Additional Services tab at the top. Select Online Statements. Here, you can easily sign up for electronic statements.

How do I apply for a loan online?

Simply click the button above to visit our online loan application portal to begin the application process.

How do I open an account online?

Visit our online account opening portal by clicking the button above.

How do I set up my Mobile Banking Account?

Register by visiting our Online Banking or by downloading our Fortera Credit Union Mobile App. Our App is available in the App Store and Google Play. With Mobile Banking, you get all the convenience of Online Banking plus Mobile Check Deposit. It's definitely a win.

How do I use Video Chat on my PC, Mac, or tablet?

  1. If using a computer or tablet, ensure your device has access to a working microphone and video camera. For optimal performance, we suggest using the Google Chrome web browser. Internet Explorer (IE) is not supported. If using a smartphone, simply download the Fortera Video Chat app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Double-check your camera and audio settings and make sure they are working properly. Hit Next.
  3. Select the Video Call button next to the Member Services Team icon.
